Overview

Lindy offers a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, we provide refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Free Trial

  • New users get 7 days of free access to the Plus plan
  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
  • If not canceled, subscription automatically continues at $49.99/month

Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., technical glitch, duplicate charge)
  • The service experienced significant downtime preventing use
  • You canceled within 7 days of your first paid subscription
  • Enterprise customers with custom agreements as specified in their contract

Note: Refunds are not typically provided for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day period
  • Failure to use the service
  • Accidental subscription renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs (which should be reported for improvement)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@lindy.ai with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Submit within 30 days of the charge

We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately
  • You retain access until the end of the current billing period

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to your account dashboard
  • Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the cancellation flow

Important: Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers have custom refund terms as specified in their service agreement. Contact your account manager or email enterprise@lindy.ai for assistance.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
